As the founder and CEO of iRise Careers LLC, Jenny leverages her deep expertise in talent strategy—spanning acquisition, development, and management—to help individuals, organizations, and communities thrive.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Florida International University. Jenny is a first-generation Cuban American daughter of immigrants, first-generation college graduate, and loving mother and wife.
